The Plantation Role

Product and Lifestyle

of the TarCasso Field Lab.

The TarCasso Longevity Plantation is where the Field Lab’s work becomes visible as food, harvest, taste and future TarCasso products.

The dedicated TarCasso Field Lab website explains the field design, basalt application model, MRV-readiness and partner structure. This Plantation page focuses on what the field may produce: limited Mediterranean harvests grown through documented regenerative practices.

The goal is simple: connect soil health, basalt remineralization, longevity crops and future shop products into one coherent field-to-table and field-to-shop story.

Future Field Lab Harvests

Limited crops from a documented field pilot.

The Plantation is designed to grow selected Mediterranean crops that connect taste, nutrition, soil health and TarCasso’s longevity philosophy.

01

Heirloom Tomatoes

A core reference crop for taste, field observation, yield documentation and future limited products.

02

Chili Varieties

Heat-loving crops suitable for visible comparison between parcels, treatments and seasonal performance.

03

Mediterranean Herbs

Aromatic herbs connect the Plantation to Mediterranean cuisine, olive oil culture and longevity living.

04

Seasonal Crops

Mixed vegetables and specialty crops may support seasonal boxes, preserved products and Field Lab Editions.

Field-to-Product

From Limited Harvests

to TarCasso Shop Products.

Future Field Lab harvests are not intended to become mass-market commodities. They are limited, seasonal products from a documented agricultural pilot.

Over time, the Plantation may supply fresh produce, preserved products, sauces, spice blends, herb salts, seasonal boxes and special Field Lab Editions.

Fresh Harvests

Limited seasonal tomatoes, chili, herbs and mixed vegetables from the Cassacco field.

Preserved Products

Tomato preserves, chili oils, sauces, dried herbs and Mediterranean pantry products.

Herb & Spice Blends

Small-batch herb salts, chili blends and olive-oil pairing products.

Field Lab Editions

Special limited editions connected to documented harvests, field updates and seasonal stories.

Longevity Boxes

Curated seasonal boxes combining Field Lab products with TarCasso Mediterranean selections.

Basalt-Based Soil Remineralization

Grown from soil that is being observed, tested and improved.

The Cassacco Plantation will test basalt rock powder from Balkan Basalt as a natural soil amendment. The objective is to explore how basalt may support soil structure, mineral availability, plant vitality and regenerative cultivation under real Friulian field conditions.

Not just a product claim

Basalt is treated as a documented field input: source, batch, application rate and parcel response.

Soil-first thinking

The Plantation links Mediterranean food quality with soil health and long-term fertility.

Practical field learning

The focus is to apply basalt, grow crops, observe the field and learn over time.

No overclaiming

TarCasso does not claim guaranteed yield improvements or certified carbon-removal results.

Mediterranean Longevity

Olive oil Culture, Real Food

& the Longevity Mindset.

TarCasso is inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle: extra virgin olive oil, seasonal vegetables, herbs, sunlight, movement, shared meals and a slower relationship with land.

Olive oil remains the emotional and cultural anchor of the TarCasso brand. The Plantation expands this philosophy into the field: healthy food begins with soil, and longevity begins before the plate.

Future Field Lab products are designed to carry this idea forward — not as anonymous commodities, but as seasonal, traceable and soil-connected Mediterranean products.

01

Olive Oil Culture

Extra virgin olive oil remains TarCasso’s Mediterranean anchor and lifestyle symbol.

02

Real Food

Tomatoes, chili, herbs and vegetables connect the Field Lab to everyday longevity.

03

Soil Health

The Plantation brings the longevity philosophy one layer deeper: into the soil.

04

Seasonal Living

Limited harvests reflect seasonality, local conditions and the rhythm of the field.

Field-to-Shop

Future Field Lab Products

to Reach the TarCasso Shop.

The Plantation creates a direct connection between the field in Cassacco and the TarCasso community.

Future TarCasso Field Lab products are expected to be offered through the TarCasso Shop. Where available, FYT may be accepted as an optional green utility payment method.

This makes the Plantation a practical proof-of-utility example within the Flour Yield Ecosphere: real crops, real basalt deployment, real field documentation and real product availability.

FYT is an optional utility and payment layer. It does not represent ownership of the field, crops, carbon credits or project revenues.
