TarCasso

Mediterranean Longevity. Regenerative Agriculture. Green Innovation.

From premium EVOO to basalt-enhanced regenerative farming, TarCasso connects Mediterranean lifestyle, nutrition, sustainability, and the Flour Yield Ecosphere.

What TarCasso Stands For

Mediterranean longevity, regenerative agriculture, and green innovation.

Rooted in the timeless culture of olive oil — and designed for a new generation of sustainable living.

TarCasso began with a simple idea: high-quality extra virgin olive oil is more than a food product. It is part of a Mediterranean way of life — connected to nutrition, vitality, landscape, tradition, and long-term wellbeing.

Today, TarCasso is expanding this idea into a broader sustainability and longevity platform. We combine selected EVOO and Mediterranean products with regenerative agriculture, soil health, climate-friendly methods, and modern digital innovation.

Our mission is to connect what is timeless with what is next: ancient olive trees and new technology, traditional food culture and data-driven sustainability, local farming and programmable green commerce.

EVOO & Mediterranean Nutrition

Extra virgin olive oil remains at the heart of TarCasso — as a symbol of Mediterranean quality, regional identity, nutrition, and everyday longevity.

Longevity & Wellbeing

TarCasso is built around the idea that better food, healthier soils, and mindful living can support long-term wellbeing — not as a promise, but as a philosophy.

Sustainability & Regenerative Agriculture

We support farming methods that restore rather than exhaust: healthier soils, natural mineralization, biodiversity, and climate-positive agricultural practices.

Innovation & Green Technology

Through our connection with the Flour Yield Ecosphere and FYT as a programmable green currency, TarCasso explores how digital tools can support real-world sustainable commerce.

Local Pilot Project

The Cassacco Longevity Plantation

TarCasso is developing the concept of a local “Longevity Plantation” near Cassacco, close to the TarCasso Villa. The project is intended as an experimental agricultural site for heirloom tomato varieties, regenerative cultivation methods, and basalt-based soil remineralisation in collaboration with local farmers.

Heirloom Tomatoes Nutrient-rich Mediterranean produce with regional character.
Basalt Remineralisation Natural soil support linked to regenerative farming.
Local Farmers Practical partnerships rooted in Cassacco and Friuli.

Why Basalt?

Basalt flour is a natural volcanic rock powder that can help remineralise depleted soils and support regenerative agriculture. In the TarCasso pilot, we intend to test basalt flour from Balkan Basalt as a green soil amendment for local crops, beginning with heirloom tomatoes.

The basalt deposit at the Balkan Basalt mine provides FYT with a tangible real-world background and gives the ecosphere a strong starting point. Over time, the Flour Yield Ecosphere aims to expand beyond basalt into CO₂ certificates, sustainable products, regenerative food systems, and climate-friendly commerce.

TarCasso & the Flour Yield Ecosphere

TarCasso is a strategic partner within the Flour Yield Ecosphere — a growing network focused on sustainable products, regenerative agriculture, climate-positive methods, and green digital utility.

At the center of this ecosphere is the Flour Yield Token (FYT), a programmable green currency designed to support real-world sustainable commerce. In the first phase, the ecosphere is built around basalt flour: a natural volcanic rock powder used for soil remineralization, regenerative agriculture, and long-term CO₂ removal through enhanced rock weathering.

For TarCasso, this creates a practical bridge between Mediterranean longevity, sustainable food, local agriculture, and digital innovation.

FYT as Programmable Green Currency

As a strategic partner in the FYT ecosphere, TarCasso intends to accept FYT for selected products and to use FYT as a programmable reward layer for documented regenerative activities.

Local farmers and partners may receive FYT-based program rewards for participating in sustainable cultivation, soil improvement, and product traceability initiatives.
