TarCasso
Mediterranean Longevity. Regenerative Agriculture. Green Innovation.
From premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) to Mediterranean lifestyle, nutrition, and sustainability.
Part of the Flour Yield Ecosphere!
Mediterranean EVOO & Foods. Longevity, and Green Innovation.
Rooted in the timeless culture of olive oil — and designed for a new generation of sustainable living.
TarCasso began with a simple idea: high-quality extra virgin olive oil is more than a food product. It is part of a Mediterranean way of life — connected to longevity and long-term wellbeing.
We combine selected EVOO and Mediterranean products with regenerative agriculture, soil health, climate-friendly methods, and modern digital innovation.
Our mission is to connect ancient olive trees and traditional food culture with data-driven longevity & sustainability, local farming and programmable green commerce.
EVOO & Mediterranean Nutrition
Extra virgin olive oil remains at the heart of TarCasso — as a symbol of Mediterranean quality, regional identity, nutrition, and everyday longevity.
Longevity & Wellbeing
TarCasso is built around the idea that better food, healthier soils, and mindful living can support long-term wellbeing — not as a promise, but as a philosophy.
Sustainability & Regenerative Agriculture
We support farming methods that restore rather than exhaust: healthier soils, natural mineralization, biodiversity, and climate-positive agricultural practices.
Innovation & Green Technology
Through our connection with the Flour Yield Ecosphere and FYT as a programmable green currency, TarCasso explores how digital tools can support real-world sustainable commerce.
A growing market with Mediterranean roots.
TarCasso is positioned in the emerging Longevity & Healthy Aging Nutrition segment — where EVOO, Mediterranean diet, sustainable farming, and green innovation meet.
Longevity is moving from a niche wellness idea into a mainstream consumer category. Consumers increasingly look for food, ingredients, and daily lifestyle products that support long-term wellbeing.
TarCasso focuses on the longevity segment of EVOO and the Mediterranean diet. The brand connects premium olive oil, Mediterranean nutrition, sustainable cultivation, and regenerative agriculture.
Within the Flour Yield Ecosphere, TarCasso also creates a practical context for FYT as an optional green program currency connected to real-world sustainable commerce.
USD 2T
McKinsey estimates the global wellness market at around USD 2 trillion, with longevity, healthy aging, and personalized daily wellness among the key consumer themes.
USD 87B+
Market research estimates that the Longevity & Healthy Aging Nutrition segment could grow strongly into the 2030s as consumers focus on preventive nutrition.
USD 21B+
IMARC estimates the global olive oil market at USD 15.7 billion in 2025, projected to reach approximately USD 21.6 billion by 2034.
Not just EVOO. A longevity nutrition platform.
TarCasso is built around the idea that Mediterranean food culture can become a modern longevity platform. Extra Virgin Olive Oil remains the heart of the brand — but the wider opportunity lies in healthy aging nutrition, sustainable cultivation, soil health, and trusted Mediterranean products.
This positioning allows TarCasso to work with selected olive farmers and producers who value quality, origin, sustainability, and responsible land stewardship.
Green utility for a real-world consumer segment.
As part of the Flour Yield Ecosphere, TarCasso provides a concrete consumer-facing use case for FYT. In the TarCasso context, FYT can function as an optional green utility and program currency for sustainable commerce, partner participation, and potential reward mechanisms.
FYT is not presented as an investment product, a claim on assets, a redemption right, or a promise of financial return. It is positioned as a programmable green currency that can support participation in a growing longevity, food, and regenerative agriculture ecosystem.
FYT as Programmable Green Currency
As a strategic partner in the FYT ecosphere, TarCasso intends to accept FYT for selected products and to use FYT as a programmable reward layer for documented regenerative activities.
Local farmers and partners may receive FYT-based program rewards for participating in sustainable cultivation, soil improvement, and product traceability initiatives.
The Cassacco Longevity Plantation.
A local regenerative agriculture pilot in Friuli — designed to connect Mediterranean nutrition, soil health, basalt remineralisation, and green utility.
Longevity begins in the soil. The Cassacco Longevity Plantation is TarCasso’s planned field project near the TarCasso Villa in Cassacco.
The project is designed as a practical pilot for heirloom crops, sustainable cultivation, basalt-based soil remineralisation, and cooperation with local farmers.
Its purpose is simple: to show that Mediterranean longevity is not only a product story, but also a soil, farming, and community story.
Heirloom Crops
The pilot will initially focus on selected heirloom tomato varieties and other Mediterranean crops connected to seasonal nutrition and local food culture.
Soil Remineralisation
TarCasso plans to test Balkan Basalt basalt flour as a natural soil amendment to support mineral balance, soil vitality, and regenerative cultivation.
Local Farmers
The plantation is designed around cooperation with local agricultural partners who value quality, origin, sustainability, and responsible land stewardship.
FYT Utility
The project can become a real-world use case for FYT as an optional green program currency for sustainable commerce, participation, and rewards.
From Mediterranean soil to longevity products.
The Cassacco Longevity Plantation is intended as a living field lab for TarCasso’s broader mission: combining Mediterranean food culture with soil health, regenerative agriculture, and modern sustainability tools.
It gives TarCasso a concrete local base for future products, farmer partnerships, product storytelling, and transparent agricultural experiments.
A practical proof point for green utility.
As a strategic FYT acceptance partner, TarCasso can help demonstrate how FYT may be used in a real-world longevity and regenerative agriculture context.
FYT may support optional payments, partner engagement, and potential reward mechanisms for documented sustainable activities. It does not create any promise of investment return, redemption, fixed value, or asset backing.
TarCasso & the Flour Yield Ecosphere
TarCasso is a strategic partner within the Flour Yield Ecosphere — a growing network focused on sustainable products, regenerative agriculture, climate-positive methods, and green digital utility.
At the center of this ecosphere is the Flour Yield Token (FYT), a programmable green currency designed to support real-world sustainable commerce. In the first phase, the ecosphere is built around basalt flour: a natural volcanic rock powder used for soil remineralization, regenerative agriculture, and long-term CO₂ removal through enhanced rock weathering.
For TarCasso, this creates a practical bridge between Mediterranean longevity, sustainable food, local agriculture, and digital innovation.
Why Basalt?
Basalt flour is a natural volcanic rock powder that can help remineralise depleted soils and support regenerative agriculture. In the TarCasso pilot, we intend to test basalt flour from Balkan Basalt as a green soil amendment for local crops, beginning with heirloom tomatoes.
The basalt deposit at the Balkan Basalt mine provides FYT with a tangible real-world background and gives the ecosphere a strong starting point. Over time, the Flour Yield Ecosphere aims to expand beyond basalt into CO₂ certificates, sustainable products, regenerative food systems, and climate-friendly commerce.
