TarCasso Commerce Platform

One brand architecture.
Two commerce routes.
A single participation layer.

TarCasso combines a selective flagship shop with a curated network of producer and specialist-retailer shops — connecting exceptional Mediterranean products, visible evidence and practical TCO-enabled access.

The Platform

Built to scale products and partnerships

without losing clarity.

The Mediterranean Longevity Commerce Platform is a coordinated brand, curation, evidence and access architecture. It allows TarCasso to use its own shop where direct control creates value and partner shops where established producers and specialist retailers can serve customers more efficiently.

Platform definition: At launch, this is not a central marketplace, shared shopping cart or mandatory technical integration. It is a coherent dual-channel model connecting carefully selected offers through common TarCasso standards.

The Common TarCasso Layer

Mediterranean longevity positioning, product selection, producer visibility, evidence-oriented communication and TCO-enabled participation.

Route Two

Curated Partner Commerce

A decentralised network in which selected producers and specialist retailers sell and fulfil dedicated TarCasso-curated editions through their own established shops.

Route One · Flagship Commerce

The TarCasso Shop:

direct control creates value.

The TarCasso Shop remains the commercial flagship of the ecosystem. It is the channel in which TarCasso can control the complete product presentation, evidence layer, transaction, packaging experience and direct customer relationship.

Selective by design. The objective is not to build an anonymous grocery catalogue. Direct commerce is used where TarCasso control creates a clear product, evidence or brand advantage.

TarCasso & Co-Branded Editions

Products for which TarCasso has a direct commercial, packaging, content or batch-record role.

Multi-Producer Tasting Sets

Curated combinations that connect different cultivars, producers, regions and evidence in one TarCasso experience.

Launch & Seasonal Editions

Focused releases designed to make TarCasso’s Mediterranean longevity and evidence proposition tangible.

Plantation-Linked Products

Future limited harvests, Field Lab editions, tastings and experiences connected to Cassacco.

T

TCO-Native Functions

Eligible shop, loyalty, access, membership and community functions introduced under TarCasso’s direct control.

Route Two · Distributed Commerce

Curated Partner Commerce:

specialist partners already

do commerce well.

Selected producers and specialist retailers can create dedicated TarCasso-curated editions in their own shops. TarCasso introduces, frames and activates the offer. The partner remains the seller, receives the euro payment, issues the invoice and fulfils the order.

  • Partners retain their brand identity and existing customer infrastructure.
  • Inventory and fulfilment remain with the business already equipped to manage them.
  • TarCasso can introduce more regions and products without centralising every shipment.
  • The customer always knows who sells, invoices, ships and handles returns.
01

TarCasso Contributes

Concept development, longevity framing, product curation, evidence-oriented content, customer discovery, TCO access logic and ecosystem storytelling.

02

The Partner Contributes

Product sourcing, inventory, product handling, euro checkout, invoicing, VAT treatment, packaging, shipping, returns and customer service.

03

The Customer Receives

A clearly identified, curated partner edition with transparent commercial responsibilities and access through the wider TarCasso ecosystem.

Operational simplicity: no blockchain integration, token custody or change to the partner’s existing euro payment processing is required.
Portfolio Logic

Different commerce routes

for different product propositions.

The two routes are complementary. They should not become duplicate listings of the same offer. Clear product and SKU separation gives customers a reason to use each channel and protects the interests of TarCasso and its partners.

TarCasso Curated

The Participation Layer

TCO-enabled access

without forcing food partners

to become crypto operators.

TCO is being developed as TarCasso’s native access, loyalty and utility layer. Its role differs slightly between the flagship shop and partner commerce, while the underlying principle remains the same: digital utility should serve real products and understandable customer benefits.

TCO Development in Progress
1
Discover a TarCasso or partner edition
2
Meet the published TCO access condition
3
Unlock access, priority or a holder benefit
4
Complete the euro purchase with the responsible seller
5
Receive fulfilment and support from that seller
01

TCO in the TarCasso Shop

Where enabled, TCO may support eligible shop functions, access to limited releases, loyalty, membership, event privileges and other clearly defined TarCasso utilities.

02

TCO in Partner Commerce

TCO normally remains outside the partner checkout. TarCasso verifies the access condition and provides a personal voucher that unlocks availability, priority, a preferred holder price or another defined benefit.

The core principle: TCO unlocks access. TarCasso or the selected partner completes the commerce. Partner shops do not need to accept, hold, process or account for TCO.
Curation & Trust

Selective relationships, not

anonymous catalogue scale.

Distributed commerce can strengthen TarCasso only when customers experience consistent product quality, honest communication and dependable service. Admission applies to a defined product or edition — not automatically to a partner’s full assortment.

Important distinction: “TarCasso Curated” identifies a specific selection developed within the TarCasso ecosystem. It is not a blanket medical, scientific, regulatory or quality certification of the partner or its entire range.

The TarCasso Curated admission test

  • Does the product have credible quality and a meaningful provenance?
  • Is the producer or commercial partner clearly identifiable?
  • Can relevant evidence and claims be communicated responsibly?
  • Does the packaging and service level support a premium customer experience?
  • Does the edition strengthen the wider Mediterranean longevity narrative?
The Evidence Layer
1
Identity Producer, product, cultivar, region and legal seller identity.
2
Product Context Harvest, production method, ingredients, storage and intended use.
3
Relevant Proof Batch data, laboratory analysis or certification where genuinely available.
4
Communication Boundaries Measured facts, permitted claims and future ambitions remain distinguishable.
5
Consumer Access Clear product pages, guides or QR-linked explanations in readable language.
Why the Model Works

A scalable structure

with clear value for customers,

partners and TarCasso.

The platform separates the work that should remain central to TarCasso from the work that established commerce partners can often perform more efficiently. This creates growth without abandoning responsibility.

Operational Leverage

Lower Infrastructure Burden

Partners use systems they already operate.

Accountability

Clear Merchant Roles

Every order has an identifiable commercial owner.

Growth

Faster Partner Pilots

New editions can begin without marketplace development.

Participation

Practical TCO Utility

Access is linked to real products and experiences.

Illustrative Partner Formats

One architecture, adapted to different

producers, products and experiences.

Initial formats can remain limited and operationally simple. Partner names, logos and specific editions are presented publicly only after the relevant commercial and communication arrangements are confirmed.

Producer-Led

Premium EVOO Editions

Dedicated monovarietal selections, tasting sets or limited producer releases sold and shipped directly by the oil producer.

Retailer-Led

Mediterranean Longevity Boxes

Curated food combinations assembled by a specialist retailer with an established producer network and EU logistics.

Regional

Seasonal Harvest Releases

Limited products connected to a harvest, cultivar, region or distinctive producer story.

Food Culture

Ancient Grains & Legumes

Traditional, organic or biodynamic products selected for provenance, culinary value and Mediterranean relevance.

Experience

Digital Tastings & Producer Stories

Physical products combined with guided tastings, interviews, educational material or community events.

Place-Based

Plantation-Linked Editions

Future offers connecting selected partners with Cassacco, seasonal Field Lab activity and the TarCasso Longevity Plantation.

Minimum Viable Integration

Start with a disciplined pilot.

Automate only when demand justifies it.

A first partner edition can operate through standard e-commerce tools, single-use voucher codes and lightweight reporting. Complex APIs, blockchain integrations and shared customer systems are not prerequisites.

01

Define the Edition

Agree products, quantity, geography, pricing logic, benefit and communication boundaries.

02

Create the Product Page

The partner lists a dedicated or hidden edition in its existing shop.

03

Generate Codes

Single-use voucher codes are restricted to the product and validity period.

04

Activate through TarCasso

TarCasso provides the code after the customer satisfies the access condition.

05

Complete the Euro Sale

The partner processes checkout, invoicing, payment, shipping and support.

06

Reconcile & Review

Both parties assess redemptions, sales, cancellations and service outcomes.

D

Data Minimisation

TarCasso manages access eligibility, the issued code, edition and activation date. The partner manages identity, payment, delivery, invoice and return data. Wallet addresses do not need to be shared with the partner.

M

Manual First, Automated Later

Limited pilots can use CSV files and periodic code reconciliation. More technical integration should follow validated demand rather than precede it.

Governance by Design

Scale only what can be explained,

documented and repeated.

A distributed commerce model strengthens the brand only when product, merchant, evidence and communication responsibilities remain clear. TarCasso therefore applies the same discipline to growth that it applies to product and longevity communication.

1

Product First

Every platform or token function must serve a real product, customer benefit, partner activity or documented experience.

2

Clear Merchant Roles

Customers must know which company sells, invoices, ships, supports and handles returns.

3

Evidence with Boundaries

Measured facts, permitted claims, editorial interpretation and future ambitions remain distinguishable.

4

Participation without Speculation

TCO communication focuses on utility, access, eligibility and terms — not price narratives or investment return.

5

Selective Partnerships

The objective is not maximum catalogue size, but a network whose products, regions and stories strengthen TarCasso.

6

Operational Proportionality

Simple manual processes are acceptable for pilots. Technical complexity follows validated commercial demand.
